SHIPPING POLICY and ORDERING QUANTITY AMOUNTS:

Customer will pay actual freight for delivery. Handling fees are assessed in addition to shipping charges. Due to the weight of our products and the cost associated with packaging and handling, we suggest purchasing a quantiity amount of TurfPro in order to save money and reduce the use of packing materials.

TurfProUSA ships its products via UPS Ground and Regular Freight for larger weight orders. If you would like a different shipping method please contact TurfProUSA via phone or email.

When you place an order with us, we will send you a UPS tracking number to the email address you provided at Checkout.

All prices quoted are manufacturer's suggested retail price, F.O.B. Turf Pro USA, Ludowici, GA 31316.

PRODUCT RETURNS and REFUND POLICY

You must obtain an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER in order to be eligible for a refund.

TurfProUSA only accepts product returns of UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original packaging, unopened.

Your return must be post-marked to us within 15 days of original purchase in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note that we can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased from TurfProUSA.com's Online Store.

Expect your refund within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date we receive the item(s).

If we at TurfProUSA have made a mistake in shipping an item to you, we will also refund the shipping costs.
